Applying for a Mortgage

Step One - Research
Start the discovery process, get an idea of what ballpark your loan is in.  Check your affordability, get as much information as possible from our Mortgage Advisor’s before you decide to go ahead and they will be pleased to provide you with as much information as you request among our vast range of selected banks.

Step Two - Pre-Qualify
Search and compare mortgage lenders . Once you’ve selected your lender after through information about their interest rates, redemptions (if any), product criteria’s from our mortgage advisor, always request a acceptance certificate from the advisor, it can be done by having a DIP (Decision In Principle), Sign a release allowing the lender to run a credit check. This is a great time to see what type of loan would work best for you. For more information please feel free to give us a call.
 
Step Three - Complete Mortgage Application
Provide information on your personal financial situation. The type of mortgage, bank etc will all be corresponding to the different set of questions which you can expect to answer on the application.

Step Four - Offer
Your information will be confirmed by the lender through their normal routine checks and after confirmation of the inormation and subject to the satisfactory valuation report for the property and offer will be issued to you which will state all the information which you need to know before you accept it by signing it.
